This project comprised a full internal renovation and repaint, notably the entrance area was altered in order to create a new ensuite for the master bedroom and wall sections were removed to effectively modernize and increase the property value. The exterior was fully repainted. With the front entrance bricks being repainted in black and the roof being resprayed (so it matched the new garage door) this significantly improved the properties visual appeal and ultimately resulted in a profitable resale.
