Elastomeric Painting (Plaster Houses)
Before and After
Elastomeric repainting is the recommended way of repainting plaster houses.
The paint gets applied on average with one litre covering four square metres by comparison one litre of conventional exterior paint will covering 16 square metres. While this product is more expensive it goes on four times thicker and moves with the building to prevent future potential cracking.
We provide a full repair service for plaster houses, fixing cracks and sealing up all water entry points with mastic is a standard service. Paint cost is a minor component of house painting and we highly recommend using elastomeric paint.
